If repair is not completed...

Check the following items and try again from My Printer.

If any application software other than Diagnose and Repair Printer and My Printer is running, close it.

If you have started My Printer's Printer Settings or Paper Source Settings, end it.

If the printer driver's properties screen is open, close it.

Depending on the printer's security settings, access to the printer via the computer may be restricted. In that case, contact your computer's system administrator.
