If the lamp flashes orange a few times after lighting green (or blue),
a recoverable error has occurred.

Count the number of orange flashes and refer to the printer instruction manual.

If the lamp flashes orange and green (or blue) alternately,
an error has occurred that requires servicing.

An error has occurred that may require servicing.
Disconnect the cable connecting the printer to your computer, turn off the printer, and unplug the power cord. After a while, turn on the printer.
If the error persists, contact your dealer or the Customer Care Center.
